Administrative Specialist (Part-time - Night Shift | US)
Part-time 20 hours per week
Php 15,000 take-home pay monthly
Working hours: 4 Hours per shift between 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday

About the Client:
Our client maintains a private practice specializing in cosmetic dentistry and facial esthetics. Her interest and activity in the field of facial injectables began in 2004.
In addition to teaching facial injectables nationally since 2010, she's leading figure in cosmetic and facial esthetic procedures. As a committed practitioner and advocate at the state and national level, our client seeks to expand and elevate the standards of care in facial esthetics across the domains of dentistry, medicine, and other cosmetic specialties.
Responsibilities:
Email management (ex: responding with pre-formatted emails for upcoming teaching events)
Double checking of information sent via email
Excel data entry and management
QA of data comprehensiveness on sheets and files
Requirements:
With at least 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar or equivalent role
Strong English communication skills and comprehension
Has initiative and can multitask.
Organized/structured and with high attention to detail
Tech savvy; experienced in data management
Proactive/Self-starter
Highly communicative and responsive
Can commit long-term (no plans to leave in the next 3 or 6, or 9 months).
Conducive home office set up that is backed up with contingency measures
Fully capable computer and internet set up with ideally a 4GB RAM computer and a 5mbps internet speed
Proficient with the following Tools/Platforms:
Google suite
MS Office Suite
Basecamp
Lastpass
