TMF Group in Bucharest is looking for Administrative / Project Support Officer.
Key responsibilities
The role holder will be expected to provide all aspects of project support, which will involve working closely with various teams across the organisation, supporting the Heads of the Corporate Practices in delivering to high standards and on time.
You will ensure that adequate support is provided with the day-to-day administrative activities, including communicating with the stakeholders, assisting with planning the delivery if current and new projects, organising meetings, preparing agenda and minutes, updating content for presentations.
Administrative support:
Meetings and appointments organisation
Managing diaries and emails
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Collating and filing expenses
Project management and co-ordination skills:
Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Prepare ad-hoc reports for management, as required
Provide project updates ad reports via Excel and any other tracking system as required
Liaise with various teams regarding arrangement for meetings
Participate in relevant internal working groups/projects, services and initiatives to provide information, advice and support.
Take formal minutes of meetings
Provide timely information and updates on arrangements to the team / collaborators
Work on own initiative on a day-to-day basis, autonomously, escalating any issues that may arise to the appropriate person
Key Requirements:
5+ years minimum experience in a similar role
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
You are comfortable working within an international commercial matrix
Able to deal with different cultural backgrounds
