Job Qualifications:
- College graduate (Social/Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, Mass Communication, preferably with Post Graduate credentials/units)
- With excellent oral and written skills
- With good communication skills
- With at least 1 year experience as Administrative Officer/ Marketing Officer in a Federation and/or Cooperative
- With experience in Marketing on related field
- Willing to do field work
Job Description:
- Handles administration related work and deliverables
a. Proper communication with federation coop members is achieved.
b. Conduct of project/program related orientation sessions and activities if needed.
c. Proper records keeping for each project/program.
- Identify opportunities for Membership and Networks
a. Identify prospective primary cooperatives to become members of the Federation.
b. Arrange and coordinate federation meetings/events/projects/programs of the Federation.
c. Market and Promote the Federation to like-minded primary cooperatives.
d. Performs database profiling of federation coop members.
- Supports management in expanding projects/programs and in developing other projects/programs that would further promote the federation's advocacies.
- Participates in the creation of strategies and development of action plans to achieve the established goals of the federation.
