An administrative officer provides day-to-day administrative support to a company or organization. Administrative officers handle administrative tasks like answering telephone calls, scheduling meetings, arranging trips, preparing reports and filing documents. They are also responsible for managing inventory, maintaining company records, handling budget and office reporting, invoicing and providing customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Business administration or any other related courses. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in related position
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Background in bookkeeping and clerical works
- Proficient in various software applications (MS Word, Excel, Gmail etc.)
- Dynamic team player
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Willing to work in extended hours and holidays
