Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
10%- Coordinates the programs and services in the Region
10%- Formulates, reviews and finalizes policy recommendations and guidelines relative to the financial, personnel and administrative support services
10%- Recommends improvement to existing and/or introduces new system and procedures related to financial and administrative matters
10%- Monitors and evaluates programs and services implemented by the Region
10%- Analyzes financial and administrative reports of the Region
10%- Initiates measures to enhance the capabilities of staff
10%- Establishes and maintains linkages with parties outside the office in the delivery of financial and administrative services
10%- Provides policy guidelines on property and supply management and directs the conduct of physical inventory supplies, tools and equipment and
20%- Performs other related functions.
