THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
30%-Coordinates and monitors programs and activities on comprehension and benefits, research and information system, recruitment and selection, learning and development, employee relations and assistance programs, general services, and procurement and supply
25%-Prepares programs and projects on all areas of human resources management and deployment, general services, and procurement and supply management
25%-Drafts policies and guidelines on human resource management and deployment, general services, and procurement and supply management and monitor its implementation
20%-Performs other related functions.
