Position: Administrative Officer V (Regular/Plantilla)*
Place of Assignment: : DFA CO San Jose de Buenavista (Antique)
Salary: SG 18 | Php. 43,681.00/month

Minimum Qualifications:
Filipino citizen;
Bachelor's degree relevant to the job;
Civil Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility or PRC license;
Residents or willing to relocate to Antique;
Two (2) years of relevant work experience;
Completion of eight (8) hours of relevant training;
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
Written and oral proficiency in English and Filipino;
Responsible and diligent in the required work;
Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to deal pleasantly, accurately and swiftly with the public and consular office staff -- in person, email, and on the phone;
Knowledgeable of the objectives, functions, policy and regulations of the department;
Knowledgeable of effective government procedures and practices in the fields of personnel, budgeting or accounting;
Knowledgeable of principles and techniques employed in effective office administration and management;
Ability to make independent decisions;
Ability to prepare reports and statements.
General Functions of the Position:
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of DFA CO programs, projects and activities;
Prepare programs and projects of the DFA CO;
Ensure implementation of administrative-related processes, procedures, and guidelines;
Supervise the maintenance of the CO's information system and database;
Conduct training needs analysis;
Manage recruitment and selection system;
Ensure proper maintenance of the CO's physical assets;
Conduct inventories;
Maximize utilization of CO's human, financial and capital resources for operational efficiency;
Monitor attendance of CO's personnel;
Timely submit periodic reports to the pertinent offices of the Department;
Ensure the CO's compliance with the Department's policies and directives relating to administrative matters; and
Supervise the cleanliness, maintenance, and repairs of the CO premises.
