Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
40%-Coordinates and monitors the implementation of HRD programs, projects and activities in the following HR functions: Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management System and Leave and Payroll Administration, Employee Welfare and Benefits Programs, and
20%-Prepares programs and projects in all areas of human resource management
15%-Drafts policies, procedures and guidelines on human resource management
15%-Conducts researches and studies on human resource management
10%-Performs other related functions.
