JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervise any of the Recording and Reporting Units of Accounting SP as the need arises.
PRIMARY TASKS
1. Supervise any of the Recording and Reporting Section of Accounting SP as the need arises;
2. Review and/or prepare financial reports for SP Accounting;
3. Review, approval and signing of journal entry vouchers;
4. Processing of Disbursement Vouchers for all kinds of transactions;
5. Review, consolidate, or prepare Statement of Expenditures for loan withdrawals;
6. Manage and monitor loans utilizations;
7. Attend meetings regarding Special Projects financial concerns;
8. Preparation or drafting of project proposals for trainings;
9. Coordinates and respond to COA and other government agencies, financiers and other stakeholders regarding financial concerns of SP;
10. Review, reconcile and consolidate Liquidation Reports of Pantawid Pamilya Grants;
11. Review, verify and reconcile of claims for bank fees of LBP Conduits against Liquidation;
12. Coordinates, attends meetings and give technical assistance to Field Offices, LBP and LBP Conduits, Grants Division and NPMO on issues regarding Liquidations and bank fees;
13. Act as representative of Accounting SP for various Technical Working Groups of the Department; and
14. Other task assigned by the Division Chief, Assistant Service Director and Director for FMS.
JOB OUTPUTS
1. Approved journal entry vouchers in the E-ngas
2. Statement of expenditures for loan availments of DOF
3. Loans and GOP funds Utilization Monitoring and Summary
4. Monthly, Quarterly and Year-end financial reports required by financiers and oversight agencies;
5. Processed disbursement vouchers for all types of transactions
6. Memoranda and letters
7. Draft project proposals
8. Other internal and external financial reports requested by the management and other stakeholders
9. Liquidation reports and bank service fees reconciliations
