Job Description
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER IV
Salary Grade: 15
Status of Employment: Contract of Service
Location/Office: DSWD FO VII
Program/Division/Unit: VDRC
Minimum Qualification Standards:
Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Eligibility: None Required
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provides technical support to the warehousing and logistics head/overall production manager /finance and quality control services head/donation facilitation head and volunteers' assistance head in monitoring VDRC activities in each section.
2. Supervise the personnel of the Mechanized Packing/Repacking Unit and the day-to-day operation of the production of warehouses.
3. Develops and recommends improved warehousing and logistics plans/packing and repacking of FFPs layout/donation facilitation systems/finance and quality control procedures and volunteers' assistance processes.
4. Monitors the implementation of the approved production schedule plans.
5. Monitors the submission of warehouse inventory reports, tally reports, notations of commodity movement activity in the production warehouse registers, stock and bin cards, quality control checks, among others.
6. Provides technical and consultative services to DSWD Field Offices, SWADAs and stakeholders/partners related to warehousing and logistics management, production of FFPs/internal control policies and standards implementation/ donation facilitation/processing/monitoring, and volunteers' assistance procedures.
7. Prepare reportorial requirements on warehousing and logistics/production, donation facilitation /finance and quality control services and volunteers for VDRC/DSWD and oversight agencies.
8. Performs other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
