Training :

Work Experience :
One (1) year of relevant experience
Competency :
Knowledgeable in the use of various MS software
applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). With adequate
experience in HR operations/processes. Knowledgeable of
University (U.P.) rules related to HRD functions including
matters pertaining to faculty appointments, development,
and privileges. Proficient in oral and written
communications (clear, concise, coherent and complete).
Knowledgeable of the proper communication channels of
the University. Knows how to prioritize assigned tasks
and can be trusted to handle classified information and
sensitive communications wisely. With pleasant
personality. Must be a fast learner and a systematic
worker.

Certificate of employment issued by the HRMO or authorized official (only for work experience relevant to the job)
Certificate of two (2) performance rating reports obtained in 2019, with numerical and adjectival ratings, (for non-U.P. applicants). U.P. applicants shall comply with this requirement if he/she has not yet submitted an authenticated copy to HRDO for 201 records purposes.
Certificate of attendance to trainings, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years (January 1, 2016 to October 31, 2020)
