Minimum Qualification Standards:
Education
:
Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Preferably Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering)
Training
:
At least 4 hours of relevant training (Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II or any related)
Experience
:
At least 1 year of relevant experience (Building-Wiring Electrician/Maintenance Electrician, warehousing & inventory, logistics, production and etc.)

415 hours training on Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II

Functions and Responsibilities:
MAINTAIN ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
· Supervise all mechanical and electrical equipment, such as but not limited to MPS and its components, Vacuum Machines, re-milling machines, and generators
· Inspect on a routine basis electrical equipment, wiring, fixtures and other components to ensure they remain functional and are up to code, as well as to identify any hazards or issues.
· Repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, equipment and other components so that they remain at full functioning capacity.
· Provide technical support to the Production Management Head and Logistics Management Head
TROUBLESHOOT
· Determine the reasons for any malfunctions of systems or components, and create a maintenance or repair plan to solve the problem.
PERFORM TESTS
· Test systems with devices such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes and ohmmeters to ensure the system remains safe and that components are compatible.
FOLLOW SAFETY REGULATION
· Review blueprints to understand the placement of wiring or to comprehend the working of the equipment to provide the right service and repairs.
WRITE COST ANALYSIS REPORTS
· Provide suggestions on the lifespan of equipment and other electrical components, advising when certain components should be replaced due to potential risks
· Ensure all routine maintenance work is handled on a regular schedule to reduce the risk of larger and more complex issues and to reduce costs.
TRACK INVENTORY
· Keep records of all maintenance and repair work conducted, including a record of any supplies ordered and used.
· Submits Accomplishment Report of the Unit
