One (1) Administrative Officer III (Cashier II)
Basic Salary: 33,843.00/ month (SG 14)

Qualification Standard
Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility
Place of Assignment: Finance and Administrative Division, PCHRD Office
Preferred Qualifications/ Attributes
Bachelor's degree preferably in Accountancy, Business Administration major in Financial Management or any business-related course;
With experience on disbursement process in the government;
With training in financial/accounting policies;
With good oral and written communication skills;
Has good interpersonal skills, positive work attitude, and initiative;
Coachable, a team player, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision, innovative and multi-tasker.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assists in activities relating to collection, deposits and other financial transactions;
2. Assists in the preparation of LDDAP-ADA and checks for payment;
3. Assists in the preparation of hard and soft copy of FINDES File for submission to Landbank;4. Assists in the preparation of Official Receipt to PCHRD clients;5. Assists in the preparation of documents for deposits of income/collection to Landbank;6. Assists in the preparation of monthly financial reports for submission to Accounting, COA, BTR such as but not limited to the following:
· Report of Collection and Deposits
· Report of Checks Issued
· List of Advice of Checks Issued and Cancelled
· Report of Accountability for Accountable Forms
· Report of Advice to Debit Account Issued;
7. Assists in releasing BIR form 2307 to PCHRD Supplier and Clients;
8. Updates the ABC monitoring for the payables received, processed and released in the Cashier Section;
9. Prepares documents to be submitted to the Bureau of Treasury to request certification of fund;
10. Prepares documents to be submitted to the Department of Budget and Management to request Notice of Allocation;
11. Updates NCA Monitoring for the status of funds requested to the Department of Budget and Management;
12. Posts Journal Entries of NCA Releases in the e-NGAS;
13. Posts Line-Item-Budget of new projects in the ERP System;
14. Assists in the preparation of ISO documents;
15. Performs other duties and functions assigned from time to time by the head of Cashier and Chief Administrative Officer of FAD
