POSITION DESCRIPTIONS AND FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Bachelor's Degree preferably major in Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Development Management, and other related courses
Must have at least one (1) year experience related to the position
Must have knowledge in general administration and support
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the position requires interaction with the public, as well as the ability to liaise between different departments and partners
Adept in management functions, information monitoring, cultivating network, and business operations and regulations.
Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:
Directs and supervises the administrative section and ensures that the accomplishments of the section contribute to the attainment of the office's goals and objectives;
Assists in planning, administering, supervising and evaluating the Provincial PESO's programs, project and activities;
Provides guidance, consultation and staff assistance to management concerning, administering, supervising and evaluating performance and employees' training and development matters including cleanliness and orderliness of interior environment of the office in order to promote productivity, health and welfare of the employees;
Directs and performs analytical and evaluative work on financial operations and transactions involved in the general activities of the office for the efficient and effective management of the financial resources of the office;
Plans, develops and maintains efficient and effective management of office records, office supplies, office equipment and other materials to determine requirements, ensure proper identification, manages issuance and status determination for accountability or consumption as well; and
Prepares, reviews and submits reports and does related functions that may be assigned by the head of office.
