Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the day to day operation in Medical Unit;
Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records;
Assists in facilitating, securing, and collecting of specimen for examination;
Conducts specified laboratory tests;
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office;
Prepares DVs, MORs, and other related documents; and
Performs other task/s relative to the position as may be assigned from time to time.
Work is based in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. Shuttle service to and from designated areas in Metro Manila is provided.
