ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: Administrative Officer / Assistant play thekey role within the office environment and is responsble for several day to day activities MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
College Graduate: Business Office Administration, or/any related courses
Atleast 1 year to 2 years working experience
Team Player
Good leadership and organizational skills
Hands on / detail-conscious management skills
Computer Literate (Office 2000)
Good oral and written communication skills
Can work under pressure;long hours

Duties:
Coordinate Office Activities and operational to secure efficiency and compliance to company policy
Supervise administrative staff and and divide responsibilites to ensure performance
Manage agends/travel appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage accreditation, permits, utilities and rentals
Track stocks and office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and presentation and proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenver necessary
Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance and renovation when necessary
Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space
Liasing as needed
Education and Training Candidates need a combination of education and several years of related wokr experience to become an Admin Officer / Assistant. Candidate should have a strong interpersonal skills
