Description
The Administrative Facility Supervisor is directly coordinating with his/her immediate superiors and is responsible for monitoring and functionally supervising facility maintenance operations with the respective facility management departments; performs a variety of tasks relative to facility maintenance operation. Ensures that all audit findings is properly documented and followed-up with respective job orders, interventions and corrective actions.
* Degree in Facility Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent.
* With 2 years' experience in the supervisorial role in facility or hotel management
a) Computer Applications (MS Office)
b) Facility Design
c) Repairs and Maintenance
d) Housekeeping and Food and Beverage Management
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
