JOB SUMMARY:
Is in charge of coordinating an organization's administration system and general workflows. Duties include supervising staff, facilitating communication throughout a company and developing procedures to make a workplace more efficient.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Management:
Lead and oversee administrative staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Office Operations:
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations.
Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment to ensure a productive work environment.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets for administrative functions.
Control costs and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Human Resources:
Collaborate with HR to manage personnel matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Implement employee engagement initiatives.
Communication:
Serve as a liaison between different departments within the company.
Communicate organizational goals and policies to staff.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure company compliance.
Work with legal teams to address any regulatory issues.
Technology and Systems:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of administrative systems and technologies.
Ensure data security and integrity.
Vendor Management:
Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
Manage relationships with external partners.
Executive Support:
Provide support to executives and senior management as needed.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Other tasks to be assigned by the President/CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Experience:
Several years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
Proven experience in team management.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the gaming industry and its trends.
Understanding of gaming culture and community.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Organizational Skills:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Leadership:
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the gaming industry.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
WORKPLACE: 32nd St. One World Place, BGC, Taguig
