Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant, under the direction of the Administrative Officer, will primarily be responsible for providing support to the company and act as first line contact with clients. This support might include general office management, answering phones and emails, speaking with and assisting clients, clerical work including maintaining records, entering data, generating reports, or a variety of other tasks.
Job Duties
Act as a first point of contact and provide general information to staff, clients, and the public relating to their questions, concerns, or suggestions.
Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records, files and systems.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
Assist in the compilation of data for various reports.
Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages, as required.
Administer and manage inbound and outbound emails, and other correspondence.
Present a positive and professional image of the organization when interacting with staff, clients, and other external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma
Required languages: English and Filipino
No work experience required
Required Skills: customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication, typing (60 - 75 WPM)
Preferably less than 1 year experience specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
Willing to be assigned in a shifting schedule (day/mid/night shift)
Willing to work in Pampanga
