Job Summary:
The job holder will provide administrative and clerical support to the Head and other senior officers of the Department; this includes, among others, assisting in timekeeping and government reportorial requirements. He/she will also ensure that the company objectives and strategies with regard to customer service and property management are implemented.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update company's schedule; coordinate and schedule meetings with consultants, contractors, designers, and other external parties and internal departments
2. Receive and transmit official communications and documents; respond to inquiries efficiently
3. Assist the Head/Managers/Engineers on concerns related to documentation requirements for the different projects/properties; keep confidential matters
4. Monitor all billings, lease commissions, property management fee and others such as cash advances, reimbursement, etc.
5. Other office administrative work and clerical tasks required
Requirements:
• Must be a graduate of Business Studies/Administration/Management/Accounting Technology.
• With at least one (1) year of working experience in Property Management or similar capacity.
• Must know Basic Accounting.
• Must possess a positive work attitude; client oriented.
• Must the possess the following skills and competencies: Basic Accounting, Customer-Orientation, Basic Knowledge in Administrative Matters, Negotiation, Oral and Written Communication, Judgement and Decision-Making, and Diplomacy in handling difficult situations/conflicts.
• Preferably Female
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
