Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, executive support, or a similar role.
Familiarity with office management tools, such as inventory tracking systems and digital filing software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Adept at scheduling, report preparation, and correspondence management.
