Responsibilities
Knowledge in standard office administrative practices and procedures
Provide support in the implementation of processes, tools and systems, manage, monitor and report compliance
Ensure that all statutory compliance report under relevant laws of the governing and supervising national agencies are promptly complied and submitted
Perform other ad hoc tasks that may be requested or assigned as the need arise
Interact with clients, vendors and visitors
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 1 year experience in similar profession
Fluency in English written and communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong MS Word and Excel proficiency
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Strong ability to take on a task from conception to completion
