Job Responsibilities
Contract Administration
Managing and maintaining CRM
Managing and maintaining the Build Contract workflow tracker
Managing and maintaining the Land Contract workflow tracker
Liaising with customers
Taking minutes at sales meetings and staff meetings and distribution thereafter as required
Updating price lists and distribution to marketing agents as and when required
Maintaining Excel spreadsheet
Assistance with marketing functions
General sales administration
General and project-specific tasks as and when needed.
Project Management support
Job Qualification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Open to entry-level and fresh graduates
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Can start immediately
