We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the VP Finance and assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
· Efficiently provide assistance to the VP Finance on a day to day activities
· Attending to any correspondence and emails and ensuring proper documentation for easy monitoring
· Serves as a liaison to or represents the administrator dealings with the BIR filing and processing
· Maintains confidential files and records for assigned area of responsibility
· Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation
· Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies, inventory management
· Can do basic accounting, bookkeeping
· Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
· Can do flexible schedule and be able to travel as needed.
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
· Prior administrative experience at least 1 year.
· Excellent computer skills
· Attention to detail.
· Willing to be assigned in Cebu City.
