We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Sustainability Services Business line. As part of our Asia-Pacific Sustainability Services team, you will be involved in all aspects of project management, administrative support and service innovation and work closely with our rapidly growing team of more than 100 sustainability professionals across the Asia-Pacific region. What This Job Involves: Contribute to the overall development and growth of our Sustainability Services business through: Supporting our project teams with administrative tasks, such as completing and processing documentation, collecting project information and completing project initiation processes. Reviewing existing projects and ensuring correct documentation storage. Use of various internal and external databases and systems such as SharePoint, Salesforce and Financial Force including upkeep of consultancy agreements, entering and updating fees, running and providing various reports. Preparation for meetings - agenda, minutes and reports together with booking rooms. Assist with new staff onboarding and staff departures. Customer service - provide prompt, courteous, professional and helpful assistance to both internal and external customers. Teamwork - demonstrate teamwork to all levels of the Business Unit in all aspects of work and help promote continuous improvement throughout the organisation. Adaptability - an ability to adapt to an ever-changing role in a fast-paced role supporting a large team. Problem Solver and Critical Thinker: Has strong data analysis abilities, identifying trends and patterns in data to deliver insight to the management team. You should have: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role e.g. secretarial or equivalent role .Commercial property experience will be viewed favourably. .Some marketing experience an advantage. .Ability to prioritise. .Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions when required. .Strong organisational skills. .Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work towards and achieve tight deadlines. .Strong attention to detail. .Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. .Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs in particular Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
