First Philippine Industrial Park is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will assists in the management of the day-to-day operations of the assigned properties from the Commercial Property Group. You will assist in the maintenance and repairs of the properties, ensuring the safety of the lessees and guests and enforces the properties' rules and regulations.
What you'll be doing:
Administrative
Assists in ensuring compliance to property rules and regulations
Assists in maintaining 95%-100% uptime for all equipment
Supports the activities to ensure safety and security of all the lessees and guests
Customer Service
Assists in monitoring and attending to customer feedback and concerns
Participates and supports activities to ensure that the set customer satisfaction rating is achieved
Regulatory Compliance
Ensures 100% compliance to permits, contracts, and licenses
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field
At least 2 years experience in property operations, administration and customer relations
Good data organization and management
Expertise in people management, human networking and relationship building
Communicates effectively with executives, employees, service providers and other support groups
