Description
Job Functions:
• Provides secretarial and administrative support to department, Manager and/or Head
• Oversees all aspects of general office coordination
• Maintains the database on attendance, correspondences, documents
• Monitors stock of office supplies
• Prepares management information system (MIS) reports
Job Requirements:
• Graduate of four year course preferably AB Communications or Secretarial Course
• At least one year work related experience
• Very good in oral and written communications (Filipino and English)
• Very good telephone and listening skills
• Excellent customer service
• Attentive to details
• Team Player
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Can operate office equipment such as facsimile machines, photocopiers, scanners
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications especially Excel
• Knowledgeable in administrative and clerical procedures
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
