Job Responsibilities:
Fixed Assets Monitoring
Create a systematic approach on the monitoring of fixed assets and coordinate with the concerned department
Maintain a master list of equipment and fixed assets and ensure that proper tagging is accomplished
Coordinate the movements of equipment or transfer to next users like computers, laptops, mobile phones, etc.
Report equipment due for repairs and ensure that all electronic devices and equipment under the direct supervision of the administration department are functioning well.
Fixed Assets:
Office Equipment: desktop, laptop, and their paraphernalia
Tools & Equipment: Calipers, Measurement Tape, Screw Drivers, Flies, Philip Screw
Operating Machines: Welding machines, Time Saver
Inventory Of Cleaning Supplies
Facilitate the purchasing request of cleaning supplies and ensure par stock is in place
Ensure that cleaning supplies are available
Monitor and organize cleanliness within company premises.
Monitoring Of Mobile Loads
Maintain a master list of company supplied mobile phones and specific users
Monitor movements and transfers of mobile phones
Maintain a master list of employees given load allowances and communication allowances
Ensure that communication is not disrupted because of failure to reload or process communication allowances or process payments to Globe
Monitoring Of Printers And Process Payments
Facilitate the processing of payments to Vendors
Ensure that all rented printers are functional
Coordinate the replacement of defective printers and ensure that replacements are delivered immediately
Ensure that par stocks of bottled ink are maintained
Security
Coordinate with the Security Agency all security concerns
Maintain the agency contracts and ensure that evaluation is being conducted prior to renewal of services
Check security attendance and roving log sheets
PEZA Documents processing, monitoring and documentation.
Other Task related to Admin works may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Versed in verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to foster and promote positive work environment.
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Power point, Word, Excel)
Willing to take challenges with growth mindset.
