Qualifications and Competencies
- Graduate of any four (4) year business course
- Minimum of one (1) year related experience
- Preferably with at least one (1) year job related experience
- Computer Literate
- Has basic knowledge of Retail Multi-packing Operations procedures, processes and systems
Personal Qualifications
- Above average communication and good interpersonal relations
- Has right attitude towards work, proactive, dependable, hardworking, and result oriented
- Is flexible and innovative in approaching work, challenges and issues
- Is committed and willing to work extended hours and under pressure
Admin Assistant is responsible for the processing of all matters which includes HR matters (manpower requisition, notice of personnel movement, vacation/sick leave, loan application, timekeeping etc.)
Duties & Responsibilities
1 Process daily all Human Resources transactions.
2. Monitor all payroll documents that will be submitted base on the timeline.
a. Submit the payroll document within the given timeline.
3. Monitor and update records of all assets.
4 Comply with customer requirements and Company Policy at all times.
5 Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assign from time to time.
