RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Answering phones and taking messages that concern the admin and company executives
Provide administrative and clerical support to company Executive Officers
Prepares the transmittal of important documents from Departments to Executive Officers and vice versa
Arrange for outgoing mail and packages for pickup
In charge of receiving documents and packages for Executive Officers
Coordinate admin office activities
Maintain office procedures
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
Provide general administrative support.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
College Graduate
Computer proficiency especially in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and Photoshop
Internet savvy
Professional level verbal and written communications skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Detail oriented
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
