Description
-Provides clerical support to Workplace Solutions such as processing of Cash Advances and Request
for Payment, ordering supplies, maintaining/filing records
-Maintains, organizes and keeps records and files/documents ensuring systematic process in storing,
retrieving and disposing (incl. invoice, service report, request, incident report, etc.).
-Monitors and conducts inspection/inventory of supplies.
-Coordinates with other divisions/departments to ensure efficient and effective implementation of all
administrative services.
-Provides assistance to the team by performing other assignments or duties that may be assigned by
immediate superior.
-Acts quickly and efficiently on the requests ensuring accuracy and quality of output.
-Coordinates and monitors the scheduling and other logistical requirements of meetings within the site
facilities.
-Participates in meetings, discussions and various activities to facilitate the accomplishment of
objectives, goals, assignments and set requirements.
-Collates and maintains downloaded/generated data from the system or database.
-Creates detailed reporting and presents information/data to have a concise, ordered and clear report.
-Corresponds with and generates reports for the clients with all regard for style and language.
