Job Summary:
The Jobholder will be directly responsible to the Store Owner/Proprietor who will be responsible to perform a variety of Administrative and clerical tasks which include providing support to the owner and the employees, assisting in daily office needs, implementing Human Resource activities and implementing the Owner's general administrative activities of the business. Hence, a multi-tasker with good communication skills and an upbeat attitude providing polite and professional assistance via phone, email, and generally a helpful and positive response in the workplace. Most importantly, a genuine desire to help others is an important facet.
Job specifications:
Preferably female with mature disposition;
College graduate of any business course;
Work experience of more than 5 years with an Admin related experience would be an added advantage;
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel and Word) and is at ease in the use of the internet for research work related to the job;
Knows how to handle work professionally in all aspects, whether in dealing with people and documenting processes necessary to do the job;
Creative, organized and can make suggestions in improving own work and those of co-employees;
Has good interpersonal skills, cheerful, upholds the values of honesty, respect, cleanliness, truthfulness and love for work and attention to details.
