Description
1. Provide clerical and administrative support.
2. Responsible in updating and maintaining of 201 files (hard and soft copies).
3. Update and collation of job descriptions.
4. Prepares timekeeping records for payroll and provides relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
5. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.).
a. Performs online posting, screening and initial interview to applicants.
b. Prepares necessary documents for job placement.
c. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
d. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
e. Initiates and finalizes job offers.
f. Prepares the processing for termination, regularization, promotion and other change of status.
6. Deals with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
a. Prepares and issue discipline memoranda, transfers, dismissals and other personnel actions in
accordance to the proper proceedings.
7. Plans and organizes company events meetings, and assemblies.
8. Maintains contacts with government/labor institutions for labor related issues relevant to the company.
a. Prepare periodic remittance report of government contributions.
b. Facilitate claims on employee's benefits (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, etc.).
9. Ensures that cleanliness, good health and sanitation within the company premises are observed.
10. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
