ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR:
FRONT-OFFICE

Job Descriptions:
Assist the various Administrative Services Department on the following:
• Facilitate Hiring and Orientation of OJT's
• Facilitate in conducting the company's Performance Evaluation
• Process payments to HDMF, PHIC, and SSS for staff's monthly contributions and loan payments.
• Make reports, letters, and other official documents
• Compile office documents
• Facilitate outgoing OJT's and full-time staff in office clearance processing.
• In-charge of Canvassing, Purchases, and Liquidation of office procurements
• In-charge of compiling DTR's of staffs with biometric records.
• Maintain records of staff's weekly schedule and do follow-ups for non-submitters.
• Plan and make itinerary of events/office activities/team-buildings
• Conduct Annual Office inventory of Assets.
• Ensure plotting of weekly schedules.
Qualifications:
• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or any related field.
• Work experience in the related field is an advantage.
• Must be willing to do field work and process government benefits.
• Well-versed with computer (MS offices).
• Has strong work ethics and discretion, analytically inclined, and detail-oriented.
