Description
Duties and Responsibilities
• Equipment Management and Monitoring
• Payroll (e.g. Timesheet Reconciliation, HR Coordination, etc.)
• Email and File Management and Organization
• Marketing (e.g. Research, Presentations, Prospect Client Follow Ups, etc.)
• Content Creation and Translation (e.g. Social Media Posts, Web Articles, etc.)
• Data-entry and Simple Bookkeeping Tasks
• Liaison Tasks (e.g. Monitor, Coordinate, and Communicate between Stakeholders)
• Report Generation and Compilation
• Any other tasks that may be assigned by Administrative Manager and/or CEO
Job Requirement and Qualifications
• Bachelors or Associate degree relevant to field (e.g. Office Management, Business Management, Marketing, etc.)
• Completion of a Virtual Assistant Training Course will be an advantage
• Must be fluent in English - verbal & written
• Experience in, MS Office, Office 365 and Gsuite applications (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Google Docs, Outlook, Gmail, etc.) as well as call and messaging platforms (e.g. Skype, Teams, Slack, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud-based programs (e.g. invoicing, CRM, web management and project management programs, etc.)
• Multi-tasker, organized and able to set and meet daily, weekly and monthly productivity goals
• Flexible and comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Resilient and can work under pressure
• Dependable with efficient problem-solving skills
• Resourceful and proactive with self-learning initiative
• Very keen and natural attention to details
• Extra skills (not required but an advantage)
• Proficiency in Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other social media platforms
• Experience in Graphics and Animation Design
