Job Description:
Role Responsibilities:
Creating Valuation Narrative Reports
Provide administration support to the Admin Manager/team.
Maintaining & ensuring the integrity of specified databases and information records, data entry and preparation of reports
Preparation of standard e-mail/correspondence
Organize and coordinate meetings, travel, and other events
Assisting with any administrative ad hoc duties when necessary
Interact and give directions with the workforce.
Organize access/new inductions at worksites and coordinate renewal of existing inductions.
General administration tasks including creation of processes and templates, development of client templates and draft reports, updating website and other ad hoc tasks.
Electronic filing and documentation
Calendar management and time management through assessment of urgent requests, prioritizing issues and exercise of appropriate responses and delegations
Job Qualification:
A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Proven 2-3 years of Administrative experience in foreign accounts
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive "team player"
Ability to build relationships with clients
Positive and happy attitude
Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
