Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similar preferred
- Minimum of four to six (4-6) years administrative experience
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Professional and exceptional communication, verbal and written English fluency (other languages a plus), and relationship building skills for interaction with senior management, colleagues, and clients
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Ability to work US Central timezone working hours (8am- 5pm) / (9pm - 6am) PH time
- Professional behavior and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing needs
- Should be comfortable with Concur and calendar scheduling in Microsoft
- Able to work collectively with a team

- Manage calendars and arrange meetings and conference video/calls
- Coordinate business and personal travel. Track member miles and subscriptions
- Process expense reports and reconcile corporate card statements
