Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and manage office entrance door system,badges,emergency exits and provide reports if needed;
2. Provide administrative support to non-local staff for all legal paper and housing issue;
3. Assist the Manager on the office supply and administration operations;
4. Prepare and check all office administration payments being accurate and reasonable;
5. Supervise office cleaners,and their tasks to ensure office operating orderly;
6. Establish and maintain office administration database;
7. Reparation and execution for company activities e.g. Birthday celebration party.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Must have at least 2 years of related Admin/HR work experience;
3. be able to work on a fast-paced and deadline driven environment under pressure;
4. Willing to locate in Mindoro.
