Job Descriptions
Supports human resources department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.
Prepares timekeeping of daily time records of employees and on call workers of the company.
Assists in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Sets up and schedules complicated meetings for interviewees, hiring managers, employees, and department heads.
Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Assists employees in their government benefits. (SSS, HDMF (Pag-ibig), Philhealth, 13th month pay)
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
Update HR databases (e.g, new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Process employees' requests and provide relevant information
Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
Posts job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
Job Qualifications
Proven work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or any related positions
PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
Knowledge of Labor Code and DOLE Regulation
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Teamwork skills
BS degree in Psychology or any relevant field
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
