Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
Administrative Assistant. (HR-Admin department) is responsible to provide Human Resources & Administrative, and office support services for multiple departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist HR Officer in monitoring attendance, printing, and distribution of timekeeping sign sheets employees.
2. Assist HR Officer in monitoring and encoding HR-related documents and records.
3. Monitor and replenish HR forms.
4. Prepare monthly reports to be sent to supervisors/team members.
5. Assisting in organizing company events handled by the HR-Admin Department.
6. Monitor the cleanliness of office equipment and office facilities.
7. Greeting and welcoming guests/clients/executives, answering all calls and directing as needed, scheduling meetings, and coordinating of office activities.
8. Troubleshooting, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other office equipment with the help of IT staff/manager.
9. Other tasks may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personable and able to deal with different kinds of people
- Hard-working and willing to be trained
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
Availability to travel: Yes
Availability of change of residence: Yes
