Job Descriptions:
Assist the Property Custodian Department on the following:
Make reports, letters, and other official document;
Compile office documents;
In-charge of Canvassing, Purchases, and Liquidation of office procurements;
Conduct Annual Office Inventory of Assets; and
Receiving new items and complete inventory documentation to record:
acquisition, including necessary attachments;
assigning of identification number and attaching property tags and any other labels; and
furnishing of Office Property Issuance Slip and Clearance Sheet (PIS) and distribution of the property to the receiving staff.
Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/IT, or any related field;
Work experience in the related field is an advantage.
Must be willing to do field work;
Well-versed with computer (MS Offices); and
Has strong work and ethics and discretion, analytically-inclined, and detail oriented.
