ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR PROPERTY CUSTODIAN
 
Job Descriptions:
Make reports, letters, and other official document;
Compile office documents;
In-charge of Canvassing, Purchases, and Liquidation of office procurements;
Conduct Annual Office Inventory of Assets; and
Receiving new items and complete inventory documentation to record:
acquisition, including necessary attachments;
assigning of identification numberand attaching property tags and any other labels; and
furnishing of Office Property Issuance Slip and Clearance Sheet (PIS) and distribution of the property to the receiving staff.
Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or any related field.
Work experience in the related field is an advantage.
Must be willing to do field work and process government benefits.
Well-versed with computer (MS offices).
Has strong work ethics and discretion, analytically inclined, and detail-oriented.
