Administrative Assistant | ESG & Communications Department (Full-Time | 40 hours per Week)
Full-Time 40 Hours per week
Offer is at Php 30,000 per month
Monday to Friday: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am PHT Manila

About the Client:
The client is a leading full-service sustainability consulting firm with 100 years of combined experience in sustainable real estate. They offer three key areas of services to their clients; corporate sustainability and ESG management, green building certifications, and engineering and technical services.
They need an Administrative Assistant to assist both their ESG and Communications departments.
About the Role:
Provide general tele-office support to both internal and external contacts, as needed
Organize and schedule meetings for department team members, coordinate calendars
Assist with travel arrangements, as needed
Draft Emails
Assist with preparing documents and reports, as needed
Support communications department with social media management
Support communications department with minor website updates
Qualifications:
Fluent in English
Excellent verbal, written and email communication skills
Proven experience working on social media platforms preferred (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
Proven experience with updating websites preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
Exceptional Organizational Skills
Able to respond effectively to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently
Flexible
Resourceful problem solver, creative and solution-oriented
Must be reliable, honest and trustworthy
Detail Oriented
Team Player
Knowledge and/or interest in ESG (Sustainability) preferred
