QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accountancy, with enough knowledge or experience in accounting, finance, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, and Taxes)
Proficiency in office administration, employee benefits, payroll systems and reporting, manual and computerized accounting programs, and preparation of financial statements
Open-minded and cooperative to work as a team
Competent, honest, and dedicated, with pleasing personality
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Gen Accounting
Disbursement Cashier, ensures validity of invoice before disbursing cash.
Verify validity of documents, before check & vouchers preparation.
Timely preparation of Cash Disbursement Book, Bank Recon, Financials and other necessary Financial Reports necessary for Founders / cooperating organizations.
Ensures timely processing of tax exemptions, business permits, licenses, and other legal documents.
Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
Responsible for liaising with appropriated support services, where necessary
Oversee inventory of equipment and other organization's assets
Assist External and Internal Auditors during audit
Administrative
Handles accurate record keeping like 201 files.
Facilitate employment agreements and contracts.
Maintains and develops, the administration of office systems - paper and electronic
Manage regular staff meeting (monthly) and take down minutes of meetings
Payroll
Process payroll every 5 th and 20 th
Ensures proper/accurate/timely distribution of staff payroll
Ensures accurate payment of benefits and allowances
Prepares reports by the Tax Bureau and other statutories.
Prepares final pays for resigned employees
Under the supervision of the Administrator and the Executive Director, she performs other related
tasks assigned to her.
 
Starting salary is Php 20, 000.00
