Status of Employment: Contract of Service
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist during pay outs (Regular Social Pension and Unconditional Cash Transfer Social Pension)
Conduct intake interview to new Social Pension applicants and validate possible Centenarian in the designated area
Encode in Social Pension Information System ( Offline version the validated forms and intake sheets
Retrieve and review of Social Pension documents and liquidation reports
Monitor No Show beneficiaries with assessment reports
Record, file and monitor the incoming and outgoing communications re Social Pension, Older Persons and Centenarian
Perform administrative duties during meeting and trainings and other activities conducted
Prepare and facilitate Purchase Request ( and Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP)/Supplemental for officer
supplies and other materials
Answer queries/grievances on programs related to Senior Citizens sector
Submit weekly accomplishment reports
Perform other duties that may be assigned
JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Administrative Aide IV shall perform assistive and clerical functions in the program and does other related work

Completion of two years studies in College or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
