Follow up, prepares, records and compute tenants payment
Ensures the timely submission of reports to the management head
Update tenant records
Qualifications
Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably a business course
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Words, in particular)
Strong organizational skills and has a high attention to details.
Ability to multi-task, excellent time management and communications skills
Ability to handle all types of personalities
Can work with less supervision and maintains confidentiality
