Job Description:
·Pay wages through an aba files ( basically uploading aba files to the bank accounts sent by payroll team).
·Transfer to HospoPay (transactions to credit cards via bpay).
·Upload aba files to the bank for suppliers as required.
·Pay ATO and payroll tax before or on the due date.
·Check all the statements from suppliers and upload the unpaid and older invoices to HospoPay after getting approved from the store manager.
·Allocate CN in HospoPay
·Invoice Tuga pastries every 1st day of Month. ( McEvoy st property)
·Send Genovese statement to Jing for Gusto Bondi Junction, check the payment on Xero and Ask Leigh from Genovese to charge Rafi's Mastercard
·Upload rent last week of the month to HospoPay.
·Create an invoice in Xero for sharing products from Randwick to other BB entities.
·Send Bookkeeping fee to Senior Accountant.
And in general, liaising with supplier and store manager via email to ensure all missing invoices will be paid or uploaded to hospopay.
Qualifications and skills:
Proven experience as accounting assistant and administrative, or similar role.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principle and bookkeeping practices.
Familiar in accounting software (xero) and spreadsheet applications.
Strong attention to details and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus.
Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred but not required.
