The Role
To perform general administrative function primarily on telecommunications, maintenance and security of the Company premises and properties.
You will coordinate with brokers on property insurance requirements, renewals and claims. Ensure general and preventive maintenance and timely registration of Company vehicles. Maintain and update records of all motor vehicles and its assignees. Process purchase of fixed asset/capital expenditure requirements as motor vehicles, warehouse/ workshop equipment, building improvements, etc. Coordinate with the suppliers and ensure quality and timely delivery. Prepare leasing requirements, if any. Assist on SHEQ Management System requirements as needed. Actively participate in the Internal Audit being part of the audit team
