We are looking for a responsible Administration Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to client services. Duties of the Administration Assistant include providing support to our accounting team, assisting in daily office needs and ensure our clients are delighted with our services.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General office administration
Following up return of client queries and further information required
Scheduling work for accountants
Tracking accountants workflow and due dates
Tracking staff KPI's
Onboarding new staff members
Participate in external and internal training as required
Organizing staff events and birthdays
Adhoc bookkeeping tasks
