Roles and Responsibilities
The Administration Assistant is expected to support the Administration Team with day to day workflows and must ensure that incoming emails are prioritised and either dealt with or forwarded to the correct person.
The other tasks the Administration Assistant need to complete are manage all business resources within accountability levels; undertake duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description and all other duties as required by the business; complete reasonable and lawful instructions and directions given; serve the business in good faith, promoting and protecting the business's best interests; dedicate all effort to the execution and fulfilment of the duties, responsibilities, obligations and instructions related to employment.
The Administration Assistant must be punctual and work the hours and times specified, prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard, support and help develop a positive workplace culture, demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, comply with all employment obligations, and demonstrate own actions a commitment to Health and Safety at work when undertaking work or observing others in the workplace.
Required Experience
- Administration experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in related subject area or equivalent field
- Level 2/3 NP STMS (will be provided during employment)
A Successful Candidate must have
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
- Keen attention to detail and job accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to remain level headed even when under pressure
Proficient with
- Microsoft Outlook
Experience Advantage
- Formal Microsoft Office or equivalent training/qualification
- Experience using Asana and WorkFlowMax
